| PROJECT: "WOLO House" Wings of Love Outreach... expanding our horizon! The staff of "WOLO" has a strong sense of social responsibility for the contemporary problems of our young adults today. God has defined our working agenda according to the real needs of our community, and it is our belief that our young adults deserve excellence and access. God is expanding our territory! In the near future, we look forward to opening our 9-month, live-in transitional home for young women and children. The purpose of the home will be to provide a safe, peaceful, and temporary place for young women to live and to be strengthened in their spirit, soul (mind, will & emotions), and body; and learn budgeting skills in order to gain knowledge in appropriating their finances to their benefit. With this elevation of strength,they will be able to gain and retain employment, have the ability to obtain & keep a permanent place to live, and increase their self-esteem -- to keep their heads held high and know that God has designed them to be strong, focused women with a purpose. The Home will be a place where areas of maturity will be addressed while they learn responsibility through delegated chores, developing work ethics, and proper relationship skills. By the time they transition to the next level, they will be equipped to be responsible, working citizens in any community.
